Nexus Creative Design is a multidisciplinary architecture and planning firm based in Mount Kisco, New York. We work with municipalities, public agencies, developers, nonprofit organizations, and community partners across Westchester County to move planning initiatives from early questions to clear, actionable direction.

Westchester County does not have a single planning context. Its cities, villages, hamlets, station areas, downtowns, commercial corridors, campuses, neighborhoods, and historic properties each present different opportunities and constraints. Successful planning requires an understanding of the physical site, the approval process, the surrounding community, and the people who will experience the result.
Nexus brings these considerations together. We help clients assess possibilities, explore planning concepts, communicate complex information, gather useful public input, and establish a practical path forward.

Can Nexus lead the public engagement portion of a larger planning project?
Yes. Nexus can lead engagement independently or work as part of a larger team with planners, engineers, attorneys, environmental consultants, transportation specialists, and municipal staff.
Does Nexus work with both municipalities and private property owners?
Yes. We work with municipalities, public agencies, developers, property owners, nonprofit organizations, institutions, and multidisciplinary consultant teams.
When should Nexus become involved?
Early involvement allows planning, project positioning, public communication, and engagement strategy to develop together. We can also enter an existing process when a project needs clearer communications, stronger engagement, or additional planning support.
