DEVELOPING PRE-PLANNING PROCESS OUTLINES WHICH OFTEN INCLUDE RANGES OF FEASIBILITY

explorations

AND ASSESSMENT.

Delivering design solutions for distinctive and substantial architectural projects often extends beyond traditional planning categories or conventional planning paths. Preparing sequential planning development strategies and paths often precedes the land use planning & design process. This phase may also include analyzing the planning and approval process, identifying stakeholders and other factors which influence planning strategies and project programs.

These methods are scalable to individual building planning and often correspond to assisting clients in developing their needs assessments towards gauging plausibility or feasibility for individual buildings.
