As part of the redevelopment effort for the final phase of Hudson Harbor, Nexus Creative Design was hired early in the process to establish a clear communication lane with surrounding neighbors and support stakeholder conversations. The Gatehouse: Completing Hudson Harbor campaign helped articulate the vision for the last building in the development, a residential addition designed to anchor the neighborhood, improve walkability, and transform under-utilized land into a connected community asset.
