PRINCIPAL

John Fry, AIA, AP bd+c, is a Principal and co-founder of Nexus Creative Design with more than 40 years of experience in architecture and master planning. His work spans commercial, institutional, municipal, hospitality, and multi-family sectors, with a community-focused and environmentally driven approach that integrates design into the fabric of everyday life. John has been recognized by the AIA and U.S. Green Building Council for design excellence and has served in leadership roles with the AIA, APA, and Westchester Municipal Planning Federation. His long-standing civic service includes 28 years on the Village of Ossining Planning and Architectural Review Board.
