Adaptive Reuse Office Park

A comprehensive planning project which explores ideas for repurposing and recasting a suburban office park property.

The design embraces new planning theory towards creating ‘communities’ within a community providing a ‘live, work, play’ walkable fabric both supporting the target development site and surrounding existing fabric.

Next generation uses will be integrated into a range of housing typologies and include neighborhood service business space, flex space to fill a range of community needs, recreation space and improved existing office space within existing dated structures.
